Marinas
Authorized under Public Law 17–7, the marina operational functions were transferred from the Department of Parks and recreation to PAG in the early 1980's. This gave the Port Authority responsibility of managing and maintaining the Agana Boat Basin, now known as Gregorio D. Perez Marina, and other future recreational boating marinas. Today the Port owns and operates two recreational boating marinas with over 150 dock slip leased to various tenants.
Gregorio D. Perez Marina
is located in Guam's capital city, Hagåtña. The marina is owned and operated by the Port Authority and houses recreational and some small commercial vessels.
Agat Marina
is located in the Southern Village of Agat. A privately operated restaurant and gift shop are located on the Port owned property. The marina was constructed in 1992 and houses residential, recreational and some commercial vessels.
